Hello, I have an issue with the Agentik template. After installing it, I cannot open it. The following message appears:

Failed opening required '/home/dylagplv/domains/j5.dylag.pl/public_html/layouts/joomla/content/social_share.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php83/lib/php')

How can I resolve this issue? Regards, Martyna

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Where are you getting this error actually? On my local installation, all works fine I have just checked. Could you please let us know:

  • Your Joomla version
  • Your PHP version

Moreover, kindly share temporary administrator and FTP access in the hidden content box so we can investigate it further.

Please try again after activating the template and let me know if the issue still occurs.

I checked your site and noticed that the template was disabled. I have enabled it, but I couldn't reproduce or find the error message you mentioned.

Could you please let me know exactly where the error appears? If possible, please share the page URL or the steps to reproduce the issue so I can investigate it further.
