Hi JoomShaper Support,

I need your help regarding an issue with SP Page Builder Saved Items.

Initially, I developed my Indigo template site on Domain A. For backup and continuation purposes, I cloned the whole website to Domain B and continued the development there.

Everything seems to be working fine after the cloning process, except for the Save Item function in SP Page Builder.

When I try to save any item, the saved item does not appear in the saved items list. It seems like the item is not being stored properly, or the saved items list is not updating after the site was cloned.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue?

Please help me check this issue.

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Could you please let us know:

  • Which version of Joomla you're using.
  • Which version of SP Page Builder you're using.

Also, please try clearing your Joomla cache and browser cache, then check whether the issue persists.

If the problem remains, kindly share the following so we can investigate it further:

  • The affected site URL.
  • Temporary administrator access.

Hi there,

Thank you for your reply.

I have already tried clearing both the Joomla cache and browser cache, but the issue still persists. New items are still not being saved into the SP Page Builder Saved Items list.

The items currently shown in the Saved Items list are only the old items that existed before I cloned the Joomla website. Any new item saved after the clone does not appear in the list.

The currently installed Joomla version is 6.1.1. SP Page builder is latest updates.

You may check directly using the adminr login details below.

Please help to investigate this issue.
