Few extra questions:

1. What Joomla versions you have there?
2. What SPPB version you have there, and when you made last update?
3. On your server, do you have site separation? If you don't know, ask hosting support.
4. Do you have any firewall installed on those Joomla's ? If not, it's time to do that. There are also Free ones.
5. Have you updated Helix plugin?
6. Do you have JCE editor there? If yes, what version?

Thanks for the response paul, we were not aware of spbuilder 6.1 security issue, how come such an important information you dont send a mail of vulnerability? We lost 3 sites and 2 customers, thanks for that.
