Website Not Working

Hello support,
It seems that one of our website that uses Pagebuilder and the Helix Ultimate template has a big issue. Whenever I tried to visit the website or even access it from the admin panel the file requester pops up asking me to download a file (called download). I accessed the server, and I found out that there .htaccess in every folder in the website. I have tried to replace the .htaccess at the home folder with a copy from another site that uses the same version of Joomla, Pagebuilder and Helix Ultimate template to no avail.
What is the best way to fix this issuee? Can you download the latest version of the extension and the template, unzip and upload them to replace the current one? Remember I cannot access my Joomla admin as I get the same download file requester.

As I mentioned in the post, I am unable to access the joomla admin as I get the same file requester that asks me to download a file.

Accepted AnswerHello Ahmed, I suggest checking the PHP settings for your site in the web hosting panel. This issue does not seem to be related to Joomla or Joomshaper.
