Unable To Get The Application To Work

I have an active membership and use Page Builder on several of my client's sites and LOVE IT! However on a very old Joomla 3.10.12 website, I am unable to get it to work and the client needs some changes. I am using it in a module named Home Page. When it opens it asks me to verify my licence but I am unable to do that. Is the site too old to work now? Please assist...Jay

I have checked your website and found that the page builder you are currently using is JSN PageBuilder 4, which is not a JoomShaper product. Our Joomla page builder is called SP Page Builder.
Since the issue is related to JSN PageBuilder 4 and its license verification, we recommend contacting the JSN PageBuilder author/support team for further assistance. They will be in the best position to investigate the licensing issue and compatibility with your Joomla 3.10.12 website.

Accepted AnswerHi Atick, I'm so sorry and apologize for my mistake. I should have known better. I guess the client is out of luck on this one unless they want a brand new up to date Joomla site using your product because that other company is no longer in business. I appreciate your support....Jay
