Are you referring to the JNews extension? If so, please note that we don't have an extension named JNews.

Could you please let us know which JoomShaper product you are using and what you are trying to configure?

If we talk about that template and your site, it was dummy (demo) newsletter form.

You have to replace that module using REAL working newsletter module, for example, from popular component Acymailing.

As alternative, more flexible, can also use Opt-in Form addon https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/opt-in-form
