Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Hi,

as we work with copyright protected Material of the Movie Industry i am not allowed to let foreign persons in the Backend.

But here is a Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VLu0qlY8SnNA

Can you solve it otherwise?

Thanks

Unfortunately, the screenshot is not sufficient for us to identify the issue or determine what may be causing it.

Could you please provide a little more information about the issue, such as what you are trying to do, what happens when you perform the action, and any error message you receive? If possible, a short screen recording showing the issue would be very helpful.

Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Helix3, as this will help ensure that you have the latest fixes and improvements.

This will allow us to investigate the issue more accurately without requiring backend access to your website.

Thank you for your understanding.

Okay... I want to remove the image that is no longer displaying and upload a new one... and then the error message, shown in the image https://prnt.sc/VLu0qlY8SnNA, appears.

Helix 3 is the latest version—but it has always been rubbish in this regard! Why doesn't it work with the Joomla file manager, which allows access to folders? Then these problems wouldn't even arise...

We use your moview template with page builder pro - newest version ... https://mobile.fantastic-movies.de/
