I'm trying to upgrade my website from Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 4. I'm using the eSports template, and Joomla won't let me proceed unless I update or uninstall both the template and System - Helix Ultimate Framework.
I followed these steps:
- Backed up the website and database and tested the migration on a staging copy.
- Checked Joomla's extension updates for both products and installed the available compatible updates.
- Followed the instruction to install the updated eSports package over the existing template if its update wasn't offered.
- Ran Joomla's pre-update check again.
Joomla is still requiring updates for both extensions. How can I resolve this and proceed with the upgrade without uninstalling the template or framework?
