Shopin Template Home Page Load Issue

On the template Shopin, when one clicks a menu link, the page loads 3 pixels below the top of the page (scrolled down).

So if one customizes the menu-fixed-out color (css) it loads with the menu-fixed styling because it is not at the top of the page.

In order to see the menu-fixed-out the user has to scroll up.

on my site: MackKonig.com Try it out on the preview.. Click the "about" link and then scroll up.. You will see there is a 3 pixel gap and the menu background changes.

Can you please help? thank you.

Hello there,

I am afraid to say I haven't found any problem there in the About page.

Would you mind sharing a videocast or screenshot with us so that we can understand the situation better?

Thanks!

The menu-fixed-out should be transparent.. but the page loads a few pixels scrolled down...

So in order to see the proper settings after the page loads, a user needs to scroll up.

Thanks, FK

Hello there,

Please take an Akeeba backup of your site and try it on your localhost. If the issue persists on, share the backup file with us and let us know the update.

Here's how to have an akeeba backup.

Thanks!

Hi There,

Yes it happens on the localhost. It also happens with a brand new install... and it also happens on your preview site.

if you use your original quickstart it happens there too. If you watch the video, it is very slight, but happens.

Maybe you can change the menu-fixed threshold on scrolling to start at like 5px - like some of the advanced menus.
