Sp Page Builder Pro, doesn't load on frontend (infinite loading logo)

Hello,

I have a problem with the SP Page Builder Pro : i am trying to edit a page or a module in frontend but cannot load the page in frontend (infinite loading logo) :(

I tried with different templates (Ultimate, protostar ...), same problem...
Everything is updated (Joomla and Sp Page Builder)
Joomla 3.9.27
Version: 3.7.12
PHP: 7.3.28 (Same pb witch 7.4.19)

I have another site that is running on the same server with the same environment. Everything is OK

Thanks for your help, Sp Page Builder is a good product and I don't understand what is blocking loading and where does this very disappointing problem come from?

Indeed there was a problem with Folcomedia. Of course !
Sorry to bother you with this.
I take this opportunity to thank you for Sp Page Builder which is a great tool when you are a graphic designer and love Joomla. (There is still some left :) )
