Hi. JCH Optimize and any caching should be used only after the development of the site is completed. Turn it off and clean it cache. I think it is the reason why you do not see changes.

Also, JCH Optimize must be off during the site editing, if the site is already in public access.

Hi Guys! Sorry to be back but on further testing, we found that had some more issues to be resolved. Looking forward to your help

a) Because of the videos that we are using, it would be best if we could have a slightly transparent background for the non-sticky header. However, the logo should be visible clearly. Let me highlight the problem so it will be easier for you to understand and resolve. I checked the extensions status The Helix Ultimate Framework is 1.14. This has been downgraded from ver 2.01. The problem lies with Helix ver 2.01. The moment this version is installed, the custom.css will stop working. Is there a fix for this problem or will it take more time? In case it takes more time, can you send me the version 1.14 so that I can update it on the live site. Please respond urgently

Immediately for clarity. I am not a member of the joomshaper team. Just a user. I have long followed this topic and I consider my duty to speak out to help you understand what is the case and save the Joomshaper team from ignorable answers.

Most of the questions you are asked here are outside the support. In practice, you asked Toufiq correct your custom errors and to make the job that you must be able to do by yourself, as a webmaster earning money for it. And instead of gratitude you express discontent. Each patience comes an end. Including mine, since I decided to speak. Apparently, so you do not get further answers.

If you do not have enough skills, hire the subcontractor or do not care for such a job. In my opinion, shift your responsibility to your customers on someone else is not honest.

That is why I wrote my post. You spend time on an unpromising discussion, instead of learning at least the basics.

Toufiq was rapidly kind, which helped you, although he could not do this in accordance with the company's policies. Then, you lose all the changes - and it's entirely your fault and your responsibility to the client.

Cause, There was lots of custom css code and customizaion (We don't provide customization support > Support Policy). Even i told you you shouldn't update the Helix Ultimate v2. Cause, your template Indigo is not ready for the Helix Ultimate v2. So, tell me know what should i do for you. I am ready.

Hi Toufiq, I am responding this email so that you understand what the real issues are.

a) Firstly, the Indigo template is really bad and doesn't work out of the box as it should. That is the reason that it required such enormous amount of custom css. Perhaps, you could put up a caveat against the template that it requires huge amount of customization if the template is used (You guys have built in a custom css in the quickstart version). Then people like us with limited css skills will stay away from such a template.

I acknowledge that your team has supported me a lot by going out of their way. The real question is was this support really necessary? Check this template out which works with SP Page Builder https://themeforest.net/item/foodz-restaurant-spa-salon-joomla-template/11827234 - it works out of the box with zero custom css.

b) The advice of not upgrading to Helix Ultimate V2 is not practical. How long would I keep this on outdated versions? The other question is, whose responsibility is it to upgrade the Indigo template to V 2.0?

c) Thirdly the issue has been solved by Paul to a large extent https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/6310#qa-answer-31991. And, here's my problem - you guys didn't understand the problem leave alone try and solve it. Also, for three weeks, you didn't bother to respond. Fortunately, I had stumbled upon the solution by Paul which saved me.

It would be of great help if the real problem could be identified.

One last suggestion. Support forums are a great oppotunity to identify flaws of a product or service and rectify it making it even better. Just like planes have become safer over time as each flaw is identified and meticulously corrected.
