Hi, when I create a Joomla article there are fields for keywords and metadata, when I create a page in Page Builder Pro where do I define this information?

Thanks for your query!

Please go to Tools>Page Settings>SEO from your frontend editor panel, then you will find field to input your Keywords and meta description. Here is a screenshot of your desire option:
