Since Update Of SP Builder Component, OnePager is No Longer Scrollable?

Unfortunately, since the update of SP Builder component, our web project is not working properly. It is a OnePager, but since the update it is no longer scrollable?
Unfortunately I have no idea what I have to do so that the navigation points show effect again and scroll to the right place on the page?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. There was menu problem inside the backend and now it has been fixed. Besides, you need to contact your CloudFlare service provider and tell them to disable to rocket_loader from cloudflare.
