when making any changes to my template and clicking on save, the save button is just loading and does not finish the change. Whether for any type of change, absolutely nothing happens.

I consulted my hosting provider and I was informed that these blocks are happening because of some blocks performed by them and that they are irreversible. I was asked to access via a VPN to access my website.
