Hi there!

Sorry for your issue.

May I know your Joomla version, please?

Would you please recheck the technical requirements and recommended PHP settings, kindly?

not quite sure, probably 3.7.x or 3.8.x (can't login to the back-end right now)

As you can see Technical requirements shows SP Page Builder needs Joomla 3.9 at least:

So, please roll back to your last working version if you have Akeeba backup or contact your hosting provider to restore previous version to see if they can help you.

I can't login to the Joomla back-end. Is there other way to uninstall the Page Builder? maybe delete some directory?

Hello Yung-Hung

This issue is probably related to your Joomla version. Please reinstall the latest Joomla and check your issue. But you need to login to the backend. Pleas check with your hosting provider about the backend login not working.

You can remove SP Page Builder from components folder. But I assume that this issue is not related to SP Page Builder.

Best regards

I am very sure it's related to SP Page Builder.

Both the front-end and the backend were failed and the message came out RIGHT AFTER I upload and install the SP Page Builder. I didn't have any chance to do other things!!

If Page Builder was not compatible with older version of Joomla, why not do a version check first before the installation?

I agree with you. But generally, 3.7 or 3.8 should not be a problem. If you look at this technical requirement, we recommend 3.9. Please consider updating your Joomla version to 3.9. Hopefully, there will be no issues.
