Template 4 years ago

Joomla-Website, Joomla 3.10, Helix-3 Version 2.5.6 There is no way to update the template to 2.5.8: Wether with automatically click through Joomla nor with teh downloaded zip-file directly from Joomshaper. In both ways the following message appear: "Copy failed: /homepages/10/d610317476/htdocs/dietrich-legasthenie/tmp/install_611cd6683fb94/template/index.php to /homepages/10/d610317476/htdocs/dietrich-legasthenie/templates/shaper_helix3/index.php JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file /homepages/10/d610317476/htdocs/dietrich-legasthenie/tmp/install_611cd6683fb94/template/index.php to /homepages/10/d610317476/htdocs/dietrich-legasthenie/templates/shaper_helix3/index.php Template Install: Could not copy files from the files source."

The plugin-Installation was succesful. I have tried to update via Quickstart-Package, but there appears the same message.

This fault appears on all my Joomla-Websites......

Hello there,

Have you changed anything before updating Helix3 to the latest version? Anything in any folders?

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Hello Hecken,

I hope you are doing well.

For now, as you have already installed Joomla 3.10, we highly recommend you not to update Helix3 to the latest version as it is not completely compatible yet. Our Dev-team is working on it to make it fully compatible with Joomla 3.10 and Joomla 4. Till then, do not update anything, we even recommend not to update to Joomla 4 for the time being.

I hope you can understand my point.

Thanks!
