Header Color Can Not Be Changed

3.7.12 broke my site. https://www.nhpc.us

The header background is a gary blue and I have no option to change that color. Can you please help.

I have used this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS. Please check your site header now. You can change color in the CSS.

#sp-header{
  background: grey !important;
}
