Shapper Tixon Bug Uppon Joomla Update 3.9.24 - Website Down

Hi there,

I've updated the last version of joomla and sudently get this error:

0 .border-radius is undefined: /home/biouni/public_html/templates/shaper_tixon/less/master.less on line 12

The website is not rendering at all. Can you please help me?

2nd, Quick Version: In template Options > Advanced > Compilance Less to CSS: OFF > Save

Hi

I have a same problem, but dont help your answer.

After 1. and 2. method the web I loose css settings on page.

Any solutin?

Ervin - you forgot to clean Joomla cache in JCH_Optimze plugin !!!

Please do this and check again.

No, I dont forget clean cache. It was a first. I clean it in Joomla and in JCH Optimze too.

When I turn off JHC Optimize, web is ok to 90%. Only some CSS setting lose, I dont know why.

Maybe reduce compression level.

BTW what template name you have there?

I've noticed that in a website where I used the same template, some images are missing, like this one: https://ibb.co/x3wszKT In the Joomshapper page is selected and visible, but on the website its not rendering. https://ibb.co/vvwtPFZ

If we talk about OneClip template and Person addon - please DELETE this "person" folder:

templates\shaper_oneclip\sppagebuilder\addons\person

Then go into that addon and check if all is correct, and save settings.
