SP Page Builder Pages Error No Sql File Found

Hi guys,

After several updates there were tabs missing in Edit Article (Joomla). One of those tabs was the link to J2Store. Save Article was not possible anymore. Seems that the helix ultimate 2.0.0 is cause of that problem. So I went back to the situation of two days earlier, restore backup Wed, Aug 18, 21:00 PM

Now template is the helix ultimate 1.1.4 and SP Page Builder 3.7.12.

Edit Joomla Article is working fine now, tabs no longer missing. SP Page Builder Pages gives error: No sql file found! SP Page Builder Media All Items, Media Images, Categories and more: no problem.

What can I do to solve this?

Kind regards, Edze de Boer

Hi,

We will have a new release of Helix Ultimate 2.0.1 soon hopefully.

Can you tell me what happens when you try to save articles? Is there any error in your console?

Best Regards

Hello Rashida,

Thank you for your fast reply! Saving Joomla Articles is fine now, since I went back to helix_ultimate 1.1.4 template.

However, SP Page Builder 3.7.12 is showing an error when opening the tab Pages:

May I know, how did you restored the previous version?

It seems an issue with your database! Would you please check your SP Page Builder tables in the database?

However, there are two new version released just now: one for SPPB and another for Helix Ultimate. Would you please try the New releases?

Best Regards

Hi Toufiq,

I did a restore of the /public_html/ files and of the database thru cPanel JetBackup. This always works perfectly. It seems that now the administrator is working ok again, like saving Joomla Articles, SP Page Builder Pages without the missing sql file error, I am still using: helix_ultimate 1.1.4 SP Page Builder 3.7.12

I will let you know tomorrow after the updates of SP PB and helix ultimate.

Kind regards, Edze de Boer

I have the same issue and I have not done any backup or restoring. In fact nothing on the site has changed in the past few weeks, but I too have this error when I try to access the pages link yet the pages themselves are all working just fine, I have to edit from the front end in order to be able to make changes.

I do not believe there is any database corruption here, else why would the pages contunue to work.

I have used SP for a long time but I am thinking it might be time to try something new, your new version is not very good and not very stable, the old one was good and was, or seemed to be stable, but using your helixultimate I now have issues.

I would have thought as a priority you would ensure both your template and your sp would work 100% perfect together

Hi Craig,

It is a long time ago and I did not mention that the solution was waiting for updates. I still use the most recent version of SP Page Builer 3. I did not want to edit SPPB Pages only at the front of the website, so I stayed with SPPB v3.

Now I use Helix Ultimate 2.0.15 and SPPB 3.8.10 for all websites. Working fine without any problems. Kind regards.

This makes no sense to me. Front the front end I can edit any of the SB pages without issue, its only form the backend I cant access them due to this Mysql error. The Helix ultimate template is for the front end only not the backend so why would it have any impact on the backend editing, leaving the front end in tact?

Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue?
