Having Problems With My Home Page

Helix Framework 4 years ago

Hello.

I'm having an issue with my site. It is built on Helix Ultimate and some of the pages in the site are built on SP PageBuilder.

I'm running on Joomla 3.10, Helix Ultimate 2.0.1 and the latest version of SP PageBuilder (jut updated it today).

The thing is that everything was working fine but now when I try to browse to my home page (www.laudatedominum.org) all I get is my logo and the next message "0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array" and a button which should redirect me to my home page but nothing happens. I'm being able to create new articles and saving them, but the home page is not available for anyone to see, just this ominous message: "0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array". Obviously, no page in the site is accesible since the Home page only shows this message.

I had to activate the "Coming soon" option on Helix Ultimate to state that we're updating the site and not allow our visitors to see the message that the site is showing.

What can be going wrong? Can you please help me on this?

Still the same situation and no answer from you, my friends. Can you tell me if there has been some follow up to my question and help inquiry?

Thanks in advance.

Hello there,

Please take an akeeba backup of your site. If you didn't know already, please follow the blog post to understand how to take the backup.

We have tried from our end but it's taking more than usual time. Please take the backup and share the zip file with us in the Hidden Content area.

Thanks!

Thanks Muntasir.

I'm taking the backup right now. It takes so long because it's a large site, the backup takes around 1Gb. Once I take it, I'll send a link to my virtual drive for you to download it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there, Muntasir.

I'm sending you the link to download the .jpa file with the Akkeba Backup of the site. It's a 1.10 Gb file so be patient with the download time.

Waiting for your response.

Have a nice day.

Muntasir Sakib asked me for an Akeeba Backup file of my site to take a look into it. I sent a link for you to download the file, since it's a 1.10 Gb file. I've had no answer at all since the moment I sent the file. What's going on my friends? Not having a nice experience with your support. Please get back to me.

Hello.

Some updates on the condition of my site.

For a matter of testing, I changed the template from Helix Ultimate 2.0.1 to Protostar, the basic template included with Joomla. When I made the change, the home page appeared, obviously with some formatting issues, but everything is working fine. The menu doesn't appear in the home page when using Protostar, I assume this is due to the positions and the layout that are missing from Helix. The articles can be seen. The articles with a video included don't show the video. But when I return to Helix Ultimate, once again the "0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array" message appears and there's no way I can get to my Home page. So, it's pretty obvious this has something to do with the Helix Ultimate Template. Can you give it some deep look?

Thanks in advance.
