I just get this message

Thanks for the correct URL. This issue is caused from JCE editor. Please use TinyMCE editor until they fix this. I have already changed your default editor in the Global Configuration.

Just the basic stuff: Helix Ultimate and Cassiopia.

But, hey, it is not that I can´t edit a given page. The problem is that I can´t even open a new project. When I click on "new" (back end) I get this message:

0 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::addScriptVersion().

About being blocked in Bangladesh... That´s a whole new deal now. I got in touch with provider and that´s what they answered:

"No it's not, the IP of the domain is not blocked or appearing on any blacklist, feels like a scam intent."

please, help
