I raced to see if your magic would work on my site, but all compression is already off. Dang.

Where am I at now?

1. My Events Builder registration and checkout component in the component position does not work. 50% o my business is shut down.
2. I finally got my off-canvas menu to show, but it doesn't work. 65% of my visitors can't use my site.
3. My Joomshack forms and creative contact forms don't work. Nobody can use our forms to ask for quotes or get tech support.
4. My JoomLMS LMS has encountered whacky conflicts, even though it runs under its own template. I am guessing the new Helix plugin is f'ing things up on non-Helix pages too.
5. My floating side "Ask a question forms" no longer expand to present the form. More customers lost.
6. I can't revert to 1.1.4 since doing so only downs my site.

At least I got my desktop menu to work by figuring out enabling FontAwesome. Woo hoo.

Thank God my Virtuemart still works as it runs under an old Yootheme template. Thank God my LMS still serves courses okay under it's owne template. Otherwise I would need to blow on the backup from 3 days ago and re-build all sales and new accounts. LMS course and scores progress would be lost forever.

I thought waiting for 2.0.1 was clever so I could avoid the early problems of a new release. I guess I should have waited for 2.1.26 to come.

Releasing this update version is shameful. IMHO.
