Down Arrow Icons In Main Menu do Not Render On Native Joomla Article Pages

I have the latest SP Page Builder Pro, updated to the latest helix ultimate framework 2.0.2.

The menu down arrow icons disappear when viewing native Joomla articles. Once you return to pages created in SPPB they appear again.

Any idea how to fix this?

Would you please check if the font awesome enabled within the advanced tab of your template options?

Thank you much Rashida Rahman. That was exactly the problem.

Now, how about different levels of menu not showing in the off-canvas menu? I did post a different support question for this however I am very anxious for an answer.
