Menu Icon Problem

Hi - I have a site https://www.wildlife.co.uk/wr4/ and the small 'down arrow' icon on the main menu items which has sub items changes we we click along the menu - If you click 'products' you will see the icon change from an arrow to a square

how do we cure this please?

Would you please check that if you enables the font awesome within the Advanced tab of your Template Options, kindly?

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is must:)
