Dear Sir/Madame,

we see an issue in the Mega Inc template.

This also shows in the demo version under Projects: https://demo2.joomshaper.com/2019/megainc/index.php/en/projects

We have a similar issue with a live website, do you have a fix for this?

Hello there,

Please share your administrator access with us in the Hidden Content area so that we can check the issue from our end and get back to you with the fix.

Thanks!

Hi Muntasir,

It is your demo website :-) I do not have access to this.

Once this is fixed, we can work to solve our website but will hope the same fix will solve the issue!

Thanks in advance!

I see that the demo website is fixed, can you please let us know what the problem was? This way we can do the same fix!

We are using the menu function for this component.

https://demo2.joomshaper.com/.../index.php/en/projects --> fixed by: Md Siddiqur Rahman We need to push this to the production version and really need a solution here. I see the demo version was fixed by adding the modules again.

We tried adding the menu again but same issue!

Also found in the internet a few websites that have a similar issue, these are not ours but seems like a general problem!

After working on this with our local developer, we had to delete the component twice, deactivating then deleting. Then install the new 2.0.4 version, create all the categories again and then reasign all the objects to all the groups. After this the website is showing as expected.
