Error In Template Helix

Gijs

Template 4 years ago

After updating last week, my shopping cart is inaccessible. The developer found out the error is in the helix;

The problem is created by your template, which is generating a JavaScript error in -templates/shaper_helixultimate/js/main.js

I use joomla 3.10.1 Shop VM 3.8.8. Cart Virtueplanet

Hello Gijs

Thanks for notifying us. We are aware of this bug. It will be fixed in the next update. Meanwhile you can rename the first section as Header as Pavel suggested. It should work fine.

Best regards

Hi. There is no page file that you could edit via FTP. And you can't correct it via code. Pages are created dynamically inside template - these are common things you need to know if you work with CMS like Joomla.

Go to в Joomla admin panel > Extentions > Templates > Styles > shaper_helixultimate > Template options > Layout Builder Tab > open section settings and rename it to "Header" or type Header if section name field is empty > Apply > Save

I do not see changes on your site. Save and clean cache. Use browser code ispector to control your changes

If you still can't do it, then please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials.

And after you change the name of the section you need to configure the header again, because its size will change to the default size (Basic Tab > Header)

You are welcome. I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on Joomla Extension Directory
