Yes, you can think of the SP LMS extension in order to get Multiple Choice Questions feature.

What is the issue you are facing with Educon template? The Educon template quickstart pack also has this SP LMS included!

You can try Edulif template too to see if it serves your perpose.

Checked it ,but doesn fulfill my requirements! Presume an addon in SP Pro would make more sence. Also I did!) run Template Educon quick setup package, It looks greate as many other of your templates, but not always very user handy out of the box. Sorry can not add easyly a srennshot of my problem, any suggestions
