error when entering options

wanting to go options to enter the new key to update the page builder gives me this error

Hello there,

Please give us a screenshot of the backend where you wanted to enter the license key and email ID.

Hello there,

Please go to Global configuration > SP Page Builder Pro > License and Update tab as shown here and input the license key and email ID and save it. Then clear the browser and Joomla cache and try again.

It will solve your issue hopefully.

This is the error that it gives me, it does not allow me to update, you can see it if you want

I hope you have already put the license key in the right place.

If not, please share your license key in the Hidden Content area with the right credentials so that we can check the issue and put the license key on behalf of you.
