Missing Header Area In Estate Template And It Will Not Let Me Add It

Hi,
I am trying to setup the Estate Joomla 3 template however it is missing the header area in the layout. I have tried to recreate it but when I add the module position logo there isn't one (it only lets me select logo-404 and the menu module position doesn't exist.
Are these settings not included when the template is installed?
How do I fix this?

I had to uninstall my previous template provider and assign Estates as default to all pages then it let me select the logo and menu module positions.
I am currently migrating my template on a dev copy of my site as don't want to mess up live site.
I am copying the settings from a quickstart version of estates, howver just noticed I don't have the same fot options Muli for the menu etc. When I click on Update google fons it says I do not have the API?
How do I get around this?
