I have the problem that after the update to Helix Ultimat + Framework all my backgrounds are only white. The default setting was a mint green color. Everything has disappeared. I have checked the settings. The correct color is still there (#f1f8f1). What can I do? The connection with the update is clear. Will there be an update soon?

often een caching issue after a framework update. try switching the sccs button to on or off, save. and back to on or off. then clean browser and website cache. Did work often for me. Had this on most of my sites after the Helix update. Dunno why.

This issue appears to have been caused by a recent Joomla update.

First check compile scss to css is enabled or not in template options, If disable please enable it. Then clear Browser and Joomla Cache. Then check again.

If its not work, Then Follow these:

If you have a backup of your site, please try the following:

1. Run the backup site on a separate directory.
2. Export your template settings from the backup site.
3. On your live site, update Helix Ultimate 2.1.2 and then import the saved settings.

This should help restore your design.

If you don’t have a backup, you may need to manually reapply the missing CSS to fix the issue.

I have now set the following and it works again:

Compress CSS Files: off Compress Javascript Files: off Compile SCSS to CSS: on

Cleaning Browser and Joomla Cache.
