Hi,

From helix settings, I set up header height to 120px, see here http://prntscr.com/1thf7ks But on live website, it says 80px... see here : http://prntscr.com/1thf12w

See live url in Hidden Content area. Do you know why?

Thanks L.

Hi. In HU 2 Header height for mobile devices is hard-coded in the template. Why no settings for this? I do not know, the question to the team. Although the height is not more than 60px for mobiles is quite reasonable. In previous versions of HU I always reduced it through css. Now it is in the template.

You should use CSS to correct it. Increase the Header height, which is not very good, as it will close a significant part of the screen on mobile, or reduce the height of the logo so that it fit into 60px, which is more acceptable in my opinion

Hi there!

Do you have different template styles there, please?

Did you try to clear your Joomla cache?

Can I have your admin access to check?

Best Regards

I think I have found something. If I disable joomla page cache plugin (here : http://prntscr.com/1tmac17) and then if I enable it again, then works fine : the header looks fine from a computer : http://prntscr.com/1tmavg0

But now, If I simulate mobile view by reducing my browser window, I see this : http://prntscr.com/1tmahqu

The header is set to 60px, and my settings are 120px. Why?

@pavel : yes that's what I thought and you're totally right. but I think it's a pity to have header height for mobile devices hard-coded in the template. a simple variable / setting is so logic...

I agree completely. This setting should be in the template (for both - logo and header). Now the ball on the side of Joomshaper Team :)
