Form Builder Date Format

Dear all,
is it possible to change the output format of the form builder addon to the DD-MM-YYYY format (maybe also including the day of the week)? On my website, there is a form with a date field the value of which is displayed in the header of the e-mail as well as in the content of the e-mail.

thanks for your quick reply.
The data entered into the form is sent to me per e-mail. This e-mail contains a subject line that includes the date that has been selected using the calender of a date field. The date also occurs in the content of the mail.
For example, if a guest on my website selects the 25th of October 2021 in the date field calendar, I will receive an e-mail with the subject "2021-10-25". My question is whether it is possible to change this, so that the date will be displayed as "25-10-2021" instead.
