Hi! I switched from php 7.3 to php 7.4. The frontend editor does not work, I see a blank page (frontend edit). Under php 7.3 it works fine. Can I ask for help?

Joomla: 3.10.2. Sp page bulder: 3.7.15. Template: Megainc (latest verion) Helix ultimate: 2.0.5

Hello,

thanks for the help! I read the link (technical requirements). I rewrote in the php.ini file: "PHP max_execution_time = 30" instead of "PHP max_execution_time = 300".

I reinstalled the sp page builder. It seems to be working well now.

Hello there,

I am sorry to say but we cannot login to your front-end editor using the credentials though we can login to the administrator area.

Please share a videocast with us of the exact problem if possible. If not, make sure the credentials for the front-end login is correct.

Hi, Have you opted out of cookies at the bottom of the page?

I just tried it, I managed to log in. I have also updated the password again.

It will definitely work now.

it seems backend page image upload doesn't work in sp page builder under php 7.4. Can I get help with the above problem and this one too?

Please check the technical requirements here and make sure it fulfilled all the requirement. If the issue persists even after, take an akeeba backup of your full site and share the .zip file with us so that we can check it from our local environment.
