Hi Toufiq. I had to change the status of your answer because my client is having the same problem with another addition to the menu. With regards to your previous response, the problem was corrected a day or so before you posted it. I know that someone from your group logged in and made some change that fixed the previous problem, but didn't tell me what was done.

I checked my custom.css file for anything that might be blocking this in the desktop menu but allowing it in the off-canvas and can't find any culprit.

    display: block;
}

Removed the "megamenu" class and cleared cache. Now it works fine. Please check now.
