Contact Form With Opt-in

Hi, I'm using Page Builder Pro on Joomla 4.0.3 and I like it! What I'm looking for is an add-on that combines the contact form builder and the opt-in form. Is that anywhere on the roadmap?
So that people can fill in the from with a request for contact and the option to opt-in on my newsletter.

Accepted AnswerHoi, but you can use it in a different way.
On Joomla Extension Directory (JED) find , for example, a popup module that allows using chosen module(s) inside the popup window. Then create SPPB module with form inside and use it inside.
