Accepted AnswerHi. Turn off the jQuery UI in the j2Store general settings or keep it only for frontend if you use something like j2Store Custom Tabs. This is conflict between Helix Ultimate Plugin and J2Store JQuery UI in backend

You mean you don't have the save related buttons there? And is this happening from the begining, or after a certain period of time? Can you tell me in details, please?

- Make sure that TinyMCE is set as default or JCE editor (updated) - this is very common reason.
- Disable all extra plugins that are used for "content"
- Make J2Store update if you have old version and check its settings.
Try again.
