Backand Menu In The Articles Disappeared

I was working on one of the articles and I realized that the article management menu has disappeared. Entering an article it no longer appears Content - Link images - Options - Helix blog Option - Additional fields - J2store Cart - Publishing - Permissions
What happened? .. how can I restore it?
To better understand, I compare a working site with one that has suddenly changed
