Header Gone!

header gone!
I have problems, I think, with the helix ultimate framework plugin (I have the finatic template). it works badly and now the header with the top bar and the main menu is gone! I had tried uninstalling helix framework and reinstalling it from https://www.joomshaper.com/helix, but nothing has changed.
Can you support me quickly with access from the backend to understand what happened? Thank you

Please delete Finatic template and use Finion template instead. I have not deleted it because you might need to match the settings with the new Finion template.
