like I described in my inital post, I cannot change any image within any feature box item anymore. And sorry, I cannot give you admin access because of GDPR.

Also the language strings seem to be crashed.

Please follow up with this issue asap, the site is online shop and it's getting urgent by now.

Without admin access I can only guess.

Please check if there is an override for this addon. If exists then please rename or delete the site.php file of it. Here is the path:

Extensions>Templates>Templates> Click on your current default template name.
