Edit Page Header Module

Ensure Template, example page 'About' : Can someone point me out how to reach the module in the page title position, the one with the page title and an image underneath. I can't edit it on the Front End ?

Hi. It's not a module but page title option. You can find it in the menu item settings > Page Title tab

Hi Anne. This is not related to the question.

It is a menu named "About". https://prnt.sc/1vu8yfr

In addition, you do not correctly indicated the menu item to which this page is assigned ;)

Thanks to all. Indeed this was a Joomla menu feature. It is not always clear what is actually a Joomla item and which belongs to sp-pagebuilder.
