Which template you are using, please? Can I have your admin access to check the issue? Because, I don't have any verticle lines there on frontend editor of SP Page Builder.

I found where the issue is coming from. I actually use Page Templates (Wedding Planner Home Page) then I just edited it. I removed the header section then go back to it and it's gone. I also check the other Page Templates that I use and it seems ok without those annoying vertical lines.

I was playing around with template customization using this single page so eventually it bothered me.
