I had to reinstall a former version to make it work again.

Please take a full site backup and then update to the latest SP Page Builder version. Then clear the browser and Joomla cache and rewrite the license in the right place and save it. Then try again.

I reinstalled the latest pro version, licence & update tab is now there, issue solved!
