Please clear the browser and Joomla cache and rewrite the license key in the right place and save it. Then try again.

Apparently it was due to a connection error to the joomshaper servers.

What other option is there when joomshaper servers are not responding (recently happened)?

@OPAWEB, I have had the exact same problem since switching to Joomla 4. They keep telling me to "turn off mod_security" but there is none with GoDaddy.

I discovered when I DON'T put in my licence key, the Sections load but can't be used. When I put the key back in, I just get the spinning wheel of death.

Have you found a solution?
