I have a Helix Ultimate site, latest pagebuilder and J3.10. Client addon does not work in carousel mode.

When I use the client addon in carousel mode the images are displayed very large, and do not scroll, and all of them show. If I disable the "Carousel" option, the addon displays the clients as expected, in columns. Just the carousel just isn't working.

I have checked the issue and it is okay now. It seems like a cache issue. Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

I have cleared browser and site cache multiple times. The issue is not resolved.

Could you please clarify what the error in our custom code was?

Also, it did not fix the carousel on our home page. If you can let me know what the error was, I can see if it is being triggered on our home page somewhere else.

Thanks for the follow up. There was some error in templates/shaper_helixultimate/js/main.js file. I have replaced the file with the original file from the Quickstart. I have also turned on Carousel Mode for Clients Addon on the homepage. Please check your homepage now.

Thank you for your answer. I would like to know specifically what the error was in that file, please.

Also, the update you made to our home page did NOT work, and so I turned off the carousel until it is fixed.

Please advise, we would really like to get the carousel working.

Well, it is fixed now. I have checked your homepage and carousel was working fine. I have replaced your main.js with the Helix quickstart main.js. So, it is totally okay now. You might have some cache issues and for this you could not see the changes. Now I can't access your site :(
