The problem may also be from your database limits.

Also, please make sure to follow this blog and try to install Quickstart again, if it does not work then you have to contact your hosting support. Probably they have to change database limits. https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-install-a-quickstart-package-of-a-joomla-template

i resolve it by install on local host then update by ftp and mysql dump on host it can can be helpfull for other
