it looks like the problem of the conversion method to punycode and the error "This is already a Punycode string"

probably this applies to the problems of Joomla 4, but it would be cool if you help solve the problem

if you are interested in testing and correcting errors, I can pour that option on joomla 4 to another domain?

Oh! In our testing we have not found any issue on Joomla 4. If you are okay with Joomla 3, then you may use it. Or you can share Joomla 4 access with me to check the issue.

try with info@перетяжка-салона.рус or similar

Yes, this will not work. Try with an English language email address.
