Stop Logo Size Transition In Resort Template

https://staging2.abyc.org/ build in process. note that when scroll, the logo resizes to a tiny image.. how do i stop this transition effect entirely, i want it to remain the same (except for mobile where I have stipulated a mobile size logo one thats a bit more vertical in layout). Sorry to bother, just can't find the setting.

Accepted AnswerNo, i set mobile logo in the Basics Tab of the template. Mobile works OK, it's just the annoying transition on scroll which shrinks the logo to a third of normal size (600px is width I uploaded).
