Hi, Helix Ultimate 2.0.5+ is compatibile with Joomla 4, so far made few templates ready for Joomla 4.

It can be caused by extra plugin that you may have. Check if you have plugin with "menu" or "helix3" name - if yes, disable all of them.

BTW

IMPORTANT TIP: on your domain you have Helix3 template - you cannot have it in J4. If you want to upgrade from Joomla 3.x to Joomla 4 all helix3 plugins must be uninstalled before (!) .

Yes, Helix3 update for Joomla 4 is planned, but in December/Jan.

OK, but to be honest on your place I would wait with Joomla upgrade till version 4.0.6 at least.

If you've been creating Joomla sites for more than 4 years, I don't think I need to explain you why. You have seen how long it took for developers to fix numerous bugs in J3.x

The only plugin 'menu' plugin was Menu-Button.

Ok, all is clear. Manufacturer template doesn't have Joomla 4 version yet.

Helix Framework =/=template

It means that if you want to have this template by now you have to keep Joomla 3.10 and wait for offcial template update. Just check our blog posts for info: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/releases-updates
