The video addon is not showing the mp4 video. The video used to work but now does not anymore.

Right now I cannot even see the file using direct link: https://ixoxo.co.za/images/dierolbos.mp4
it rediect me to /en/ every single time and Joomla cannot find & load that file. And this is not normal behavior.
Make a simple extra test, as well. Create Custom module, switch to HTML mode, and put HTML5 player.

Accepted AnswerHi there, it is on https://ixoxo.co.za/en/die-rolbos. It used to work, I also tried your test video but is does not work either.

Accepted Answer- Use full URL for video with https - it may help
- Is your website multilanguage ? If yes, in plugin "System - Language Filter" - Remove URL Language Code - YES - Then Save setting. If not, disable that plugin.
Then try again

Accepted AnswerHi, thank you for your answer, but unfortunately it does not work. I added full URL for the video and removed URL Language Code YES. Nothing changed so I disabled the language filter plugin,then my page shows 404 error. It was always working also as multi-language, so I don't know why it now shows the player but not the video.
