However, would you please re-enter your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.

Yes, but using Lite doesn't make sense, it's limited version (!) doesn't have all PRO features.

Do you have subscription for SP Page Builder Pro ?

If not, you cannot update. If yes, download PRO and install it.
